Sea Cucumber

Sea Cucumbers are of two basic types; sand sifting and filter feeders. They can be quite colorful but the most beneficial for the reef aquarium are the sand sifters, which comb the sand and rocks eating detritus. Protect all intakes on pumps and power heads, to eliminate any possibility of being sucked in.
